Is it hot in here?

Sorry for the late posting...been really busy.

Well, we have been here since July 26th. Had lots of help moving, which is great. The house is massive. Almost too big. I could stage a pick-up game in it. Downsides? Time Warner cable blows. Horrid. I should have taken the hint by looking around. All my neigbhors have satellite dishes mounted. Ugh.

The area is great for families. Lots of stuff to do. They have an aquatic center with an indoor and outdoor pool, with lazy river included. Money! I saw a Starbucks the other day that looked like a castle. Everything here is built with stone and brick. It gives me a sense of having a lot of money when I know I don't. I'll take it.

Work...is challenging. New management structure, new rules. I have never played well with rules. Guess I have to start changing that.

On a good note, got invited to a poker night Saturday. I could use a friend or two, even if it costs me some pocket change.
